What materials are used for your products?
Our products are made out of canvas and wood, using fine art printing and inkjet technology.
What is the thickness of your products?
Our products have a canvas depth of 1.25 inches – equivalent to 31.75 mm in thickness.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay online without using a credit card – by selecting either PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay as your payment method during the checkout process.
What countries do you deliver to?
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom at this time.
We'll soon be offering international delivery – please check our website regularly for updates.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
If your payment was successful, you'll see a page confirming your order and you should receive a confirmation email from us shortly thereafter.
If you haven't received a confirmation email within 3 hours of placing your order, please check your junk / spam folder in the first instance, as the email may have landed there.
If not, and you would like confirmation of your order, please contact us by sending an email to support[at]thegrowthoutlet.com so that we can assist you.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If you're a UK customer, you can expect to receive your order within 10 business days, unless there are delays affecting delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email notifying you of your tracking number – a unique string of numbers assigned to your package – which you can use to track its whereabouts and establish the estimated delivery date.
What is your return / refund policy?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.
Please note that we do not keep inventory of our products nor do we pre-print our products – all purchases are printed on demand and made to order.
We are therefore unable to substitute one product for another or accept returns – and no refunds or replacements can be issued unless there is a defect with, or damage to, the product prior to delivery.
If you receive a product from us that is defective or damaged at the point of delivery, we ask that you take a photo clearly showing the defect or damage and notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us via support[at]thegrowthoutlet.com with the photo attached and your order number.
In the event that a product is defective or arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you once we verify and confirm that there is a defect with, or damage to, the product.
